UCO 400 Days Fixed Deposit Scheme:
- Tenure: 400 days
- Interest Rate: 7.05% per annum, compounded quarterly
- Eligibility: Open to all eligible depositors, including NRE/NRO account holders
- Minimum Deposit: ₹5,000 (in multiples of ₹1,000 thereafter)
- Maximum Deposit: Less than ₹3 crores
- Additional Benefits:
- Senior Citizens: Additional 0.50% interest, totaling 7.55% p.a.
- Staff Members: Additional 1.00% interest, totaling 8.05% p.a.
- Ex-Staff & Senior Citizens: Additional 1.50% interest, totaling 8.55% p.a.
- Premature Withdrawal: Subject to a 1% penalty below the applicable card rate for the period the deposit was held. No interest is payable for NRE accounts if withdrawn before 12 months.
- Loan/Overdraft Facility: Available as per existing guidelines
